In the cyber world, Marcus has particular experience of resolving loss of income claims and remediation costs – especially involving financial institutions. Marcus has an in-depth knowledge of IT systems and cryptography which he uses to good effect when dealing with claims, including high-profile losses involving crytpo exchanges and custodians in the UK and North America.

Marcus is also engaged by insurers on financial institutions, investment managers and commodities claims across the globe.

Marcus attained a law degree at the University of East Anglia before qualifying as a chartered accountant. He applies that legal and accounting knowledge to great effect as part of ASL’s multi-disciplinary team based at our London office.
