Max Gross is an expert in investigating and resolving cyber and financial lines claims. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Max works on claims emanating from all over the world but with a focus on the UK and Latin America.
Max is also ASL’s in-house IT expert. He uses his extensive knowledge of the set up and configuration of IT environments / systems to assess the reasonableness of remediation costs. He also provides input on the impact of system outages to a business’ operations – this assists in the quantification of business interruption losses.
Max graduated with a first-class degree in law and politics, which he supplemented with a Master of Laws / Legal Practice Course qualification.
