Elinor Lamerton is a lawyer with commercial acumen and long-standing experience of professional and financial risks. Elinor joined ASL’s London office from RPC, where she managed complex and often multi-party litigation and arbitration disputes.
Elinor understands the needs of the financial lines market and its clients, having also worked as in-house litigation counsel.
At ASL, Elinor brings her knowledge and collaborative approach to bear on third party professional indemnity and management liability exposures, building trust and engagement with all stakeholders. She also resolves first party financial losses, handling matters in the UK, offshore and internationally.
