On International Women’s Day
ASL have chosen to celebrate International Women’s Day by supporting three intrepid women in “the world’s toughest row”!
The Tidewaves team, Robyn, Louise and Jordan, are aiming to be the fastest female trio to race across the Atlantic in 2023, whilst championing equal opportunities for young people in sport.
As well as raising money for the crossing as part of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, the Tidewaves are supporting two inspiring children in sport charities; Access Sport and London Youth Rowing. As they say;
“We hope to support our charities not only monetarily but also by doing the groundwork with them, giving our time to help inspire new generations of athletes and give young people the outlet to thrive.”
