Sandy is head of ASL’s Dubai office. A qualified solicitor, Sandy has extensive experience of resolving complex financial institutions, crime, cyber and professional indemnity claims.
Sandy is instructed by our insurer clients on claims across the MENA region as well as in Africa, Asia Pacific, the Near East and Eastern Europe.
Sandy qualified as a solicitor with BLM’s Professional Risks & Commercial Crime team in 2008 and joined ASL in 2011, before moving to our Dubai office in 2018. Sandy has extensive knowledge of the insurance market and has built strong relationships with insurers, as well as insureds and their advisors. This has been enhanced during Sandy’s time in Dubai, from where she travels widely to investigate and resolve claims. This expertise, combined with her collaborative and attentive approach, enables Sandy to offer a first-class service for both insurers and their insureds.
An acknowledged financial lines expert, Sandy is regularly called on to present to ASL’s clients and other stakeholders in the Middle East and beyond.
